If you return to your questionnaire and there is an “Edit” button, you can update your responses. To do so, select “Edit” and update your responses as needed.
Please note that editing your responses is only available for a limited time window. If you would like to change your responses, please change them now. If you do not see an “Edit” button, not to worry. When you come back to the Brain Health Registry for your next follow-up visit, you can provide your updated answers at that time.
