We will no longer ask you to log into the Brain Health Registry to complete online procedures. We may request that you return to the website in the future, but this would be to complete online procedures for the Brain Health Registry or another study. Of course, you are free to discontinue your participation in those studies at any time.

Likewise, we will no longer ask you to complete procedures in-person or with a telephone interview.
