If you choose to be in this study, you will be asked to come to the clinic once a year to complete an in-clinic session of paper & pencil testing and online testing for memory and thinking. The paper & pencil testing session will involve an interviewer asking and reading you questions. This in-clinic online testing session will involve using the internet to complete questionnaires, including the electronic Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (eCDR) and the electronic Financial Capacity Instrument (eFCI).
In addition, you will be asked to complete an at-home session of online testing every 6 months to evaluate your memory and thinking. This at-home online session will involve completing questionnaires that ask general questions about your health and lifestyle (e.g. substance use), as well as the electronic Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (eCDR) and the electronic Financial Capacity Instrument (eFCI). You will also complete brain tests to evaluate your memory and thinking, as well as to measure your ability to complete everyday tasks.
You will also be asked to invite a study partner to participate in this study. A study partner is a person who knows you well, and can answer questions about your health and everyday functioning
