We would like to suggest the following if you want to try loading the challenge again:
- You may want to use a different browser or different device.
- You may want to update your browsers and update to the latest software on your device.
- If you’re seeing a blank page, select the “Help” dropdown and then select “I don’t see any questions”.
- Try clearing the cache and cookies on the browser.
- Check to see if your browser allows third-party cookies. Some tests may not run when third-party cookies are blocked.
If none of these suggestions work, do not worry about trying to complete the Pattern Location Challenge again.
Of course, if you are unable to take, or decide to not to complete the study tasks at this time, that’s okay. Please feel free to opt out of any study tasks that you do not feel you are able to complete. Once you start a study task, you will have the option to click on the “Help” dropdown. From there, you can click on one of the options that reads, “I can’t do this task” or “I don’t want to do this task”. If you do not feel you are able to complete a task, simply click on one of these and the task will end.
