This sometimes happens when people are in a place where the internet connection is unstable. You will need stable access to the internet before you can complete the Storyteller Task. This means being on a stable Wi-Fi or dial-up internet service, or having good roaming reception. If your internet connection is poor, please try again in a place or on a device where it is more stable.
