VICA: Do I need more than one device?

You may use:

• A smartphone for the call and a second device (such as a computer or tablet) to view the sample consent form,
• A landline phone for the call and a second device (such as a smartphone, computer, or tablet) to view the sample consent form, or
• A smartphone for both the call and to view the sample consent form.

For the best experience, we recommend using two devices.

If you are using one device, you should be comfortable switching between the call and the screen. We also recommend using speakerphone or headphones so you can listen and view the sample consent form at the same time.
