What if my contact information has changed? How do I update my email address?

You may change your home address, telephone number and/or email address at any time. To do this, log in to the Brain Health Registry, go to your profile page by selecting Your Profile in the upper right part of your screen, click Contact Info on the left menu, and enter your updated contact information.
