The information you provide to the Brain Health Registry is used only for research purposes. 

Your data may be analyzed, and the results may be published in scientific journals and presented at research conferences. Publications and presentations will never disclose any personally identifiable information.

Additionally, information about participants may be shared with our collaborators, but we will never disclose any personal identifiable information.
