As a participant in this study, you will be asked to provide blood samples by using two blood sampling cards that will be mailed to your home. You will be asked to use a small needle (called a lancet) to prick your fingertip to collect a few drops of blood. You will be asked to apply the blood drops onto two blood sampling cards. Your completed sampling cards will then be mailed back using a postage-paid return envelope included in your blood collection kit. Lastly, you will also be asked to provide feedback on your experience by completing a short survey.
