Participation in the California Blood Biomarker Study is completely voluntary, and individuals are free to withdraw or decline participation at any time. To withdraw from the study, please log into your BHR account using your username and password. Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking on Your Profile in the upper right corner, and then Studies on the left menu. Then find your consent for this study and select “Withdraw.” You may also email us at biomarkers@brainhelthregistry.org to request withdrawal.
